Preamble Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Assam Tea Plantations Provident Fund and Pension Fund and Deposit AS!JamAct Linked Insurance Fund Scheme Act, 1955, hereinafter referred X of 1955 to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-second Year of the Repuhlic of India as follows :- Short title, 1.(1) This Act may be called the Assam Tea Plantations Provident extent and Fund and Pension Fund and Deposit Linked Insurance Fund commencement Scheme (Amendment) Act, 2011. (2) It shall have the like extent as the principal Act. (3) It shall come into force at once. .\mendment 2.
