Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation sets the rules for distributing the technical-functions incentive fund for Ministry of Culture staff, and it does not apply if existing contracts or agreements use different pay methods. Ministerial and interministerial regulations may be issued only in the cases and with the authorizations described here, and they must be sent to the Prime Minister before issuance; they also need Council of State review, Court of Auditors registration, and publication. People convicted of the listed corruption-related offences cannot serve on certain public hiring and procurement commissions, and cannot be assigned to certain financial, procurement, or grant-related offices. From 30 November 2010, certain Italian state administrations must pay accessory compensation together with fixed pay using collective payment orders. The Economy and Finance Minister may later set the implementation timetable and methods by non-regulatory decree. The Minister of Economy and Finance may make budget changes by decree, on proposal of the competent Minister, to allocate certain sums to the relevant spending estimates.
