Jersey Law 1/1970 TRADE MARKS (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW, 1969. ____________ A LAW to amend the Trade Marks (Jersey) Law, 1958, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 19th day of DECEMBER, 1969. ____________ ( Registered on the 6 th day of March , 1970). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 7th day of October, 1969. ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law : - ARTICLE 1 At the end of paragraph (4) of Article 4 of the Trade Marks (Jersey) Law, 1958, 1 there shall be added the words “amended where necessary to enable an authorized user of the certification trade mark to use that mark in the Island”.
