Jersey Law 1/1986 MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT No. 14) (JERSEY) LAW, 1986. ____________ A LAW to amend further the Motor Traffic (Jersey) Law, 1935 to enable the Law to be further amended by regulations, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 12th day of FEBRUARY, 1986. ____________ (Registered on the 4th day of April, 1986). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 30th day of July, 1985. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 After Article 54 of the Motor Traffic (Jersey) Law, 1935, as amended, 1 there shall be inserted the following Article – “ARTICLE 54A The powers conferred on the States by the Order in Council of the twenty-sixth day of December, 1851, to make regulations relating to the police of the public roads, include a power to amend any of the provisions of this Law.”.
