Jersey Law 1/1992 INVALID CARE AND DISABILITY ALLOWANCES (AMENDMENT No. 4) (JERSEY) LAW 1992 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Invalid Care and Disability Allowances (Jersey) Law 1978, by removing the lower age limit for children eligible to receive a disabled child’s allowance, sanctioned by Order of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council of the 19th day of November 1991 ____________ ( Registered on the 24th day of January 1992) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 30th day of July 1991 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 In paragraph (1) of Article 4 of the Invalid Care and Disability Allowances (Jersey) Law 1978, 1 as amended, 2 the words “has attained the age of two years but” shall be deleted. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Invalid Care and Disability Allowances (Amendment No. 4 (Jersey) Law 1992. C.M.
