Jersey Law 2/1968 INSULAR INSURANCE (AMENDMENT No. 14) (JERSEY) LAW, 1968. ____________ A LAW to amend the Insular Insurance (Jersey) Law, 1950, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 26th day of JANUARY, 1968. ____________ ( Registered on the 1 st day of March , 1968). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 31st day of October, 1967. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law : - ARTICLE 1 In sub-paragraph ( a ) of paragraph (1) of Article 8 of the Insular Insurance (Jersey) Law, 1950, 1 as amended – ( a ) in head (ii) the words “or of full time unpaid apprenticeship” shall be deleted ; ( b ) after head (iii) there shall be inserted the following head – “(iv) of apprenticeship when they are not in receipt (or are deemed not to be in receipt) of an income of such an amount as may be prescribed,”. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Insular Insurance (Amendment No. 14) (Jersey) Law, 1968, and this Law and the Insular Insurance (Jersey) Laws, 1950 to 1967, may be cited together as the Insular Insurance (Jersey) Laws, 1950 to 1968.
