Jersey Law 2/1990 TOURISM (AMENDMENT No. 5) (JERSEY) LAW 1990 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 14th day of February 1990 ____________ (Registered on the 16th day of March 1990) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 27th day of June 1989 ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 For paragraph (1) of Article 10 of the Tourism (Jersey) Law 1948, as amended, 1 there shall be substituted the following paragraph – “(1) Every application for the registration or for the renewal of the registration of any premises (whether or not such premises are required by this Law to be registered) shall – (a) be in the form required from time to time by the Committee; (b) in the case of an application for registration, specify the register in which the applicant desires the premises to be registered; (c) in the case of an application for renewal of registration specify the register in which the premises are registered; (d) be accompanied by a scale of charges which the applicant proposes to make in the period to which the application relates; (e) contain, or be accompanied by, such other particulars as the Committee may require; (f) be accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed.”.
