Jersey Law 3/1992 HARBOURS (ADMINISTRATION) (AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) LAW 1992 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1961, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 19th day of November 1991 ____________ (Registered on the 24th day of January 1992) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 24th day of September 1991 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 In Articles 4A and 4B of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1961, 1 as amended, 2 for the words “twenty pounds” in each place where they appear there shall be substituted the words “fifty pounds”. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Harbours (Administration) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1992. R.S.
