Jersey Law 3/1993 EMPLOYERS’ LIABILITY (COMPULSORY INSURANCE) (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW 1993 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Jersey) Law 1973, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 17th day of NOVEMBER 1992 ____________ (Registered on the 15th day of January 1993) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 25th day of August 1992 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 In paragraph (3) of Article 4 of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Jersey) Law 1973, 1 as amended 2 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”), for the words “two hundred pounds” there shall be substituted the words “five hundred pounds”. ARTICLE 2 In Article 5 of the principal Law 2 for the words “one thousand pounds” there shall be substituted the words “five thousand pounds”. ARTICLE 3 This Law may be cited as the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law 1993. C.M.
