Jersey Law 4/1972 MOTOR TRAFFIC (THIRD – PARTY INSURANCE) (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1972. ____________ A LAW to amend further the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 1948, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 4th day of FEBRUARY, 1972. ____________ ( Registered on the 17 th day of March, 1972). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 28th day of September, 1971. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 In paragraph (1) of Article 13 of the Motor Traffic (Third Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 1948, 1 as amended – ( a ) for the words “by whom it is first effected –” there shall be substituted the words “by whom it is first effected, such fee as the States may by Regulations prescribe.”; ( b ) sub-paragraphs ( a ) and ( b ) shall be deleted. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1972 R.S. GRAY, Deputy Greffier of the States 1 Tome 1946–1948, page 450.
