Jersey Law 4/1985 EMPLOYERS’ LIABILITY (COMPULSORY INSURANCE) (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW, 1985. ____________ A LAW to amend the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 1973, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 22nd day of NOVEMBER, 1984. ____________ (Registered on the 25th day of January, 1985). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 31st day of January, 1984. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 In paragraph (3) of Article 4 of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 1973 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”) for the words “fifty pounds” there shall be substituted the words “two hundred pounds”. ARTICLE 2 In Article 5 of the principal Law 2 for the words “two hundred pounds” there shall be substituted the words “one thousand pounds”. ARTICLE 3 This Law may be cited as the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law, 1985. R.S.
