L.4/2003 Parish Rate (Jersey) Law 2003 A LAW to authorize the levy of rate in the parishes of the Island for the year 2003. Adopted by the States 23rd October 2002 Sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council 17th December 2002 Registered by the Royal Court 3rd January 2003 THE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – 1 A foncier rate and an occupier’s rate are hereby authorized to be made and levied in the parishes of the Island for the year 2003, in accordance with the Parish Rate (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1946 , as amended.
