Jersey Law 6/1966 CONSTABLES AND CENTENIERS (EXTENSION OF TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF ARREST) (JERSEY) LAW, 1966. ____________ A LAW to extend the territorial limits within which a Constable or a Centenier may arrest a person so as to include the headquarters for the time being of the States of Jersey Police Force, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 31st day of JANUARY, 1966. ____________ ( Registered on the 1 st day of April , 1966). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 26th day of October, 1965. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law : - ARTICLE 1 The territorial limits within which a Constable or a Centenier has the power to arrest a person are hereby declared to include the headquarters for the time being of the States of Jersey Police Force.
