Jersey Law 6/1993 ISLAND PLANNING (AMENDMENT No. 5) (JERSEY) LAW 1993 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Island Planning (Jersey) Law 1964 to facilitate the registration of notices relating to sites of special interest, and for connected purposes, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 9th day of FEBRUARY 1993 ____________ (Registered on the 26th day of March 1993) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 11th day of November 1992 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 Amendment of Island Planning (Jersey) Law 1964 In paragraph (8) of Article 9 of the Island Planning (Jersey) Law 1964, 1 as amended, the words “the Inferior Number of” shall be deleted. ARTICLE 2 Amendment of Island Planning (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1983 In paragraph (2) of Article 6 of the Island Planning (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Law 1983 2 the words “the Inferior Number of” shall be deleted. ARTICLE 3 Short title This Law may be cited as the Island Planning (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Law 1993. G.H.C.
