L.6/2003 Public Finances (Administration) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Law 2003 A LAW to amend further the Public Finances (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1967. Adopted by the States 23rd October 2002 Sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council 17th December 2002 Registered by the Royal Court 3rd January 2003 THE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – 1 For Article 21(3) of the Public Finances (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1967 , [1] as amended, there shall be substituted the following paragraph – “(3) Not later than 31st May in each year (or such other date as may be prescribed), the Finance and Economics Committee shall submit the annual accounts to the States for their information.”. 2 This Law may be cited as the Public Finances (Administration) (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) 2002 and shall come into force on the seventh day following its registration.
