Jersey Law 7/1970 AGRICULTURE (GUARANTEED PRICES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1970. ____________ A LAW to amend further the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Jersey) Law, 1965, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 28th day of july , 1970. ____________ ( Registered on the 21 st day of August, 1970 ). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 21st day of April, 1970. ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law : - ARTICLE 1 Article 5 of, and the Second Schedule to, the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Jersey) Law, 1965, 1 are hereby repealed and accordingly in – ( a ) Article 7, 2 the words “Article 5 or ” are hereby repealed; ( b ) Article 8, 2 the words “5 or” are hereby repealed; ( c ) Article 9 3 for the words “Articles 5 and 6” and “Article 5 or 6” there shall be substituted the words “Article 6”. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Agriculture (Guaranteed Prices and Financial Assistance) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1970. A.D.
