Jersey Law 8/1985 INVALID CARE AND DISABILITY ALLOWANCES (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1985. ____________ A LAW to amend further the Invalid Care and Disability Allowances (Jersey) Law, 1978, in respect of disabled adults, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 13th day of FEBRUARY, 1985. ____________ (Registered on the 1st day of March, 1985). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 25th day of September, 1984. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 In Article 3 of the Invalid Care and Disability Allowances (Jersey) Law, 1978, 1 as amended 2 – (a) in paragraph (2) all the words after “sixteen years” shall be deleted; (b) in paragraph (8) the words “or of performing normal household duties or both” shall be deleted; (c) in paragraph (9) the words “or as incapable of performing normal household duties” shall be deleted. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Invalid Care and Disability Allowances (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1985. R.S.
