Treaty on Open Skies (Privileges and Immunities) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2007 A LAW to amend the Treaty on Open Skies (Privileges and Immunities) (Jersey) Law 1993 Adopted by the States 14th September 2006 Sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council 14th December 2006 Registered by the Royal Court 5th January 2007 THE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – 1 Article 3 of the Treaty on Open Skies (Privileges and Immunities) (Jersey) Law 1993 amended For Article 3(2) of the Treaty on Open Skies (Privileges and Immunities) (Jersey) Law 1993 [1] there shall be substituted the following paragraph – “(2) This Law shall come into force on the same day as the Treaty on Open Skies (Privileges and Immunities) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 200-.”. 2 Citation and commencement This Law may be cited as the Treaty on Open Skies (Privileges and Immunities) (Amendment) (Jersey) Law 2007 and shall come into force 7 days after it is registered. a.h. harris Deputy Greffier of the States [1] L.33/93
