Jersey Law 10/1995 MOTOR TRAFFIC (THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE) (AMENDMENT No. 9) (JERSEY) LAW 1995 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law 1948, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 8th day of FEBRUARY 1995 ____________ ( Registered on the 21st day of April 1995 ) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 6th day of September 1994 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 In Article 4 of the Motor Traffic (Third-Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law 1948, as amended 1 – (a) in paragraph (2), for the word “The” at the beginning there shall be substituted the words “Subject to paragraph (3) of this Article, the”; and (b) after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following paragraph – “(3) The Committee may by order prescribe in relation to any person or class of person circumstances in, or conditions subject to, which the requirements of sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2) of this Article may be varied or waived.”.
