This Law prohibits discrimination in employment, voluntary work, education, services, premises, clubs, and related conduct, and lets people complain to the Tribunal. Articles 9, 10, and 11 do not prohibit certain employer or principal actions that give non-Jersey residents training for skills intended to be used wholly outside Jersey.
