Jersey Law 11/1985 REGULATION OF UNDERTAKINGS AND DEVELOPMENT (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1985 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Regulation of Undertakings and Development (Jersey) Law, 1973, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 13th day of FEBRUARY, 1985 ____________ (Registered on the 15th day of March, 1985). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 25th day of September, 1984. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 After Article 7 of the Regulation of Undertakings and Development (Jersey) Law, 1973, 1 as amended, there shall be added the following Article: - “ARTICLE 7A Accessories and abettors Any person who knowingly and wilfully aids, abets, counsels, causes, procures or commands the commission of an offence punishable under this Law shall be liable to be dealt with, tried and punished as a principal offender.”.
