Jersey Law 12/1951 INTEREST AND PERIODICAL PAYMENTS (LIMITATION OF ADJUSTMENTS) (JERSEY) LAW, 1951. ____________ A LAW to limit the operation of the Interest and Periodical Payments (Adjustment) (Jersey) Law, 1940, sanctioned by Order of His Majesty in Council of the 31st day of MAY, 1951. ( Registered on the 23 rd day of June, 1951) . ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 3rd day of April, 1951. ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of His Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law: - ARTICLE 1 The Interest and Periodical Payments (Adjustment) (Jersey) Law, 1940, 1 shall not apply to any payment falling due after the twenty-fourth day of May, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and, accordingly, any agreement or order made under Part II of that Law shall be of no effect as regards any such payment. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Interest and Periodical Payments (Limitation of Adjustments) (Jersey) Law, 1951. To be printed, published and posted. F. DE L.
