Jersey Law 12/1971 ADVOCATES (AMENDMENT) (JERSEY) LAW, 1971. A LAW to amend the Advocates (Jersey) Law, 1968, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 25th day of MAY, 1971. ____________ ( Registered on the 2 nd day of July , 1971). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 9th day of March, 1971. ____________ T HE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law : - ARTICLE 1 In paragraph (3) of Article 3 of the Advocates (Jersey) Law, 1968, 1 for the words “in the opinion of the Board” there shall be substituted the words “in the opinion of the panel of examiners appointed for that particular examination”.
