Jersey Law 12/1993 INCOME TAX (AMENDMENT NO. 16) (JERSEY) LAW 1993 ____________ A LAW to amend further the provisions of the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 31st day of march 1993 ____________ ( Registered on the 14th day of May 1993 ) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 8th day of December 1992 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 Article 26 of the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961, 1 as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”), shall be repealed. ARTICLE 2 At the end of Article 145 of the principal Law 2 there shall be added the following proviso – “Provided that a person may request in writing that a notice or form be delivered, or sent by post, to his appointed agent and the Comptroller shall not unreasonably refuse such a request.”.
