Jersey Law 13/1993 COURT OF APPEAL (AMENDMENT No. 6) (JERSEY) LAW 1993 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 31st day of MARCH 1993 ____________ (Registered on the 14th day of May 1993) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 8th day of December 1992 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 In clause (i) of sub-paragraph (d) of Article 13 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961, 1 as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”), for the words “two hundred pounds” there shall be substituted the words “three thousand pounds”. ARTICLE 2 In Article 14 of the principal Law 1 for the words “five hundred pounds” there shall be substituted the words “ten thousand pounds”. ARTICLE 3 This Law may be cited as the Court of Appeal (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Law 1993 and shall come into force on such day as the States may by Act appoint. G.H.C.
