Jersey Law 17/1996 AIRPORT DUES (AMENDMENT No. 3) (JERSEY) LAW 1996 ____________ A LAW to amend further the Airport Dues (Jersey) Law 1956, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 24th day of APRIL 1996 ____________ (Registered on the 24th day of May 1996) ____________ STATES OF JERSEY ____________ The 13th day of February 1996 ____________ T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – ARTICLE 1 In paragraph (1) of Article 3 of the Airport Dues (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, 1 after the word “circumstances” there shall be inserted the words “; and may include provision for the Airport Director to exercise in relation to such dues as the Committee may specify and in such cases or circumstances as the Committee thinks fit a discretion to waive or reduce the payment of dues otherwise payable”.
