States of Jersey (Amendment N o. 10) Law 2021 A LAW to amend further the States of Jersey Law 2005 . Adopted by the States 15th September 2021 Sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council 15th December 2021 Registered by the Royal Court 17th December 2021 Coming into force 18th December 2021 THE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – 1 Article 18 (Council of Ministers) of the States of Jersey Law 2005 amended In Article 18(2) of the States of Jersey Law 2005 , after sub-paragraph (e) there is inserted – “( ea ) discussing and agreeing, on a regular basis and at least annually, their common policy on population;”. 2 Citation and commencement This Law may be cited as the States of Jersey (Amendment No. 10) Law 2021 and comes into force on the day after it is registered.
