Jersey Law 18/1965 MOTOR VEHICLE RACES (AMENDMENT No. 2) (JERSEY) LAW, 1965. ____________ A LAW to amend the Motor Vehicle Races (Jersey) Laws, 1946 and 1951, sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council of the 18th day of SEPTEMBER, 1965. ____________ ( Registered on the 5 th day of November , 1965). ____________ STATES OF JERSEY. ____________ The 25th day of March, 1965. T HE STATES, subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law : - ARTICLE 1 (1) In paragraph (1) of Article 2 of the Motor Vehicle Races (Jersey) Law, 1946, 1 as amended, 2 the words “not exceeding nine days in any year” and the proviso thereto are hereby repealed. (2) In paragraph (1A) of the said Article 2 2 the words “not exceeding seven days in any year” are hereby repealed. ARTICLE 2 This Law may be cited as the Motor Vehicle Races (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Law, 1965, and this Law and the Motor Vehicle Races (Jersey) Laws, 1946 and 1951 may be cited together as the Motor Vehicle Races (Jersey) Laws, 1946 to 1965.
