Loi (2009) (Amendement No. 11) réglant la procédure criminelle A LAW to amend further the Loi (1864) réglant la procédure criminelle Adopted by the States 12th May 2009 Sanctioned by Order of Her Majesty in Council 17th November 2009 Registered by the Royal Court 4th December 2009 THE STATES , subject to the sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, have adopted the following Law – 1 Article 10 amended In Article 10.5 of the Loi (1864) réglant la procédure criminelle [1] – (a) in sub-paragraph (b) the word “ou” shall be deleted; (b) in sub-paragraph (c) for the word “surveillée ,” there shall be substituted the words “surveillée , ou”; (c) after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph – “(d) assujettie à un ordre imposé en vertu de l’Article 2 de la Loi dite Criminal Justice (Community Service Orders ) (Jersey) Law 2001,”. 2 Citation and commencement This Law may be cited as the Loi (2009) (Amendement No. 11) réglant la procédure criminelle and shall come into force 7 days after it is made. l.-m. hart Assistant Greffier of the States [1] chapter 08.740
