This segment gives Jersey financial regulators powers to require information, documents, verification, answers, and reports, to enter premises, and to enforce noncompliance with offences and penalties. The Commission, its officers, or agents can require specified persons to provide information, documents, reports, explanations, or attendance by written notice, and can retain and copy documents.
