The court and the Commissioner have powers over charity misconduct, deregistration, and governor fitness, and governors and entities have reporting and conduct duties. The Minister can end the Commissioner’s appointment for listed reasons, must notify the States within 2 weeks, and must provide staff, accommodation, equipment, and appointment/process oversight for the Commissioner and tribunal.
