About this statute

These rules may be cited as the Constitution of Kenya (Protection of Rights and Fundamental Freedoms) Practice and Procedure Rules. If a party wants to rely on a document, that document must be annexed to the supporting affidavit or to the petition if there is no supporting affidavit.
