About this statute

These Regulations may be cited as the Human Resource Management Professionals (Registration and Training) Regulations, 2015. Defines terms used in the Regulations: "continuous professional development", "credit point", "registered", and "unit of continuing education". Persons may be invited to be Fellows of the Institute of Human Resource Management if they are institute members who have practiced human resource for a minimum of fifteen (15) years and have rendered outstanding service to the profession. To be registered as a Member a person must hold a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university, and a Higher Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with at least five (5) years' work experience in human resource. To register as an Associate Member requires a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in human resource management or its equivalent from an accredited university.
