PUBLISHING DETAILS Page 2 SL 39 of 2022 c Public Holidays Order, 2022 Paragraph 1 CAYMAN ISLANDS Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ORDER, 2022 (SL 39 of 2022) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — 1. Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays Order, 2022. 2. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) - list of Public General Holidays 2. The Public Holidays Act (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by inserting after paragraph 17 the following paragraph — “18. In the year 2022 only, for the purposes of the funeral ceremony of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, 19th September, 2022 is a Public General Holiday.”.
