(1) Notwithstanding regulations 3 and 8 of the Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) (No.3) Regulations, 2020, the Cabinet may, after consultation with the Medical Officer of Health, permit a uniformed service to hold a procession. (2) In this regulation, “uniformed service” means — (a) a naval force, including the Coast Guard; (b) a regiment; and (c) a police force, fire service or prison service.
