THE COAT OF ARMS, FLAG AND NATIONAL SONG LAW (2003 REVISION) THE COAT OF ARMS AND FLAG REGULATIONS, 2004 The Coat of Arms and Flag Regulations, 2004 2 The Coat of Arms and Flag Regulations, 2004 CAYMAN ISLANDS THE COAT OF ARMS, FLAG AND NATIONAL SONG LAW (2003 REVISION) THE COAT OF ARMS AND FLAG REGULATIONS, 2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Song Law (2003 Revision), the Governor in Cabinet makes the following regulations - 1. These regulations may be cited as the Coat of Arms and Flag Regulations, Citation 2004. 2. The fees payable in respect of the use of the Coat of Arms or flag of the Fees Islands pursuant to authority granted under section 2 of the Law are prescribed in Schedule 1 of these regulations and apply in respect of any use of the Coat of Schedule 1 Arms or flag of the Islands on or after the date of commencement of these regulations, irrespective of the date upon which the authority was or is granted. 3. The fees prescribed in Schedule 1 are waived in the circumstances Waiver of fees prescribed in Schedule 2. Schedule 2 SCHEDULE 1 (Regulation 2) FEES For use of the Coat of Arms or flag of the Islands $500 per annum on items that are intended for sale For use of the Coat of Arms or flag of the Islands $250 per annum for promotional purposes in connection with a trade, business, calling or profession 3 The Coat of Arms and Flag Regulations, 2004 SCHEDULE 2 (Regulation 3) WAIVER OF FEES The fees prescribed in Schedule 1 are waived in relation to an association registered under section 80 of the Companies Law (2003 Revision), in respect of the use of the Coat of Arms or flag of the Islands pursuant to authority granted to the association under section 2 of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Song Law (2003 Revision).
