(1) The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 59A Parcels 236 and 251 located in the registration section of Frank Sound in Grand Cayman for the purposes of the re-development of a community park and launching ramp, with an improved parking lot, public restrooms and other amenities including cabanas and electrical pedestals.
