PUBLISHING DETAILS Page 2 SL 38 of 2019 c Public Holidays (No.2) Order, 2019 Paragraph 1 CAYMAN ISLANDS Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (NO.2) ORDER, 2019 SL 38 of 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) the Governor makes the following Order — 1. Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays (No.2) Order, 2019. 2. Amendment of the Schedule to the Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) - list of Public General Holidays 2. The Public Holidays Law (2007 Revision) is amended in the Schedule by inserting after paragraph 17 the following paragraph — “18. In the year 2019 only, for the purposes of holding a referendum on the matter of whether the Islands should continue to move forward with the building of the cruise berthing and enhanced cargo port facility, 19th December shall be a Public General Holiday.”.
