Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Funds (Fees) Regulations, 2020. 2. Interpretation 2. In these Regulations, “Law” means the Private Funds Law, 2020. 3. Fee for application or changes 3. The fee payable on making an application to be registered under section 6 of the Law or filing the details of a change with the Authority under section 11 of the Law is three hundred dollars. 4. Annual registration fee 4.
