Citation 1. This notice may be cited as the Appointment and Authorisation of Officers Notice (1997 Revision). 2. Officers authorised to arrest without warrant 2. The Chief Airport Security Officer, the Deputy Chief Airport Security Officer and all Airport Security Officers are authorised, on all occasions when they are on duty, to exercise within any area designated an airport, the powers of arrest without warrant. 3.
