These Regulations may be cited as the Endangered Species (Trade and Citation Transport) Regulations, 2015. 2. (1) A person who wishes to import, export, re-export, trade in or facilitate Application form for permit or certificate the transit or transshipment of any specimen of a species identified in section 6(1) of the Law and for which a permit or a certificate is required, shall, pursuant to section 7 of the Law, submit an application to the Management Authority. (2) An application for a permit or a certificate referred to in paragraph (1) shall be made in the form set out in Schedule 1. Schedule 1 3. A permit or certificate granted pursuant to an application made under Form of permit or certificate regulation 2 shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2. Schedule 2 4. (1) For purposes of the entry into or exit from the Islands of any specimen Designated ports of of a species identified in section 6(1) of the Law, the ports of entry or exit shall entry and exit be those designated in Schedule 3. Schedule 3 (2) A designated port of entry or exit shall be determined based on the method used to facilitate the entry into or exit from the Islands of any specimen of a species. (3) The relevant customs officer in charge shall be the person who has responsibility for the management and control of a designated port of entry and exit.
