About this statute

This part sets up the Airports Authority, its board and chief executive, and gives rules for airport management, security, finance, disclosures, and enforcement. The Authority may make airport regulations and internal rules, but some regulations need the Governor’s approval. It can also remove and dispose of abandoned vehicles, subject to notice steps and a minimum six-week period, and regulations may carry fines and up to six months’ imprisonment.
