Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations (1999 Revision). 2. Prescription of licence fee 2. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), for the purposes of section 10(9) the following fees are prescribed for the issue of licences — (a) distributors $ 4,800 per annum (b) package $ 1,500 per annum (c) retail $ 1,000 per annum (d) hotel - where such hotel has twenty $ 2,000 per annum bedrooms or less where such hotel has more than $ 4,800 per annum twenty bedrooms (e) temporary $ 1,000 (f) restaurant $ 1,500 per annum c Revised as at 8th day of June, 1999 Page 5 Regulation 3 Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations (g) wine and beer $ 1,000 per annum. (2) Where any distributors, package, hotel or restaurant licence is issued in respect of premises situated in Cayman Brac or Little Cayman, the fees for the issue of such licence shall be fifty per cent of the fee prescribed in subregulation (1). 3. Fee for occasional authorisation 3.
