Citation 1. These Directions may be cited as the Trade and Business Licensing Directions, 2016. 2. Licence not required 2. (1) Subject to subparagraph (2), a licence is not required in respect of the owner of up to two units of property, not including the residence of the owner, in order for the owner to enter into rental or lease arrangements with respect to the units of property.
