Record and receipt 2 The Secondhand Dealers (Forms) Regulations, 2016 CAYMAN ISLANDS THE SECONDHAND DEALERS LAW, 2014 (LAW 20 OF 2014) THE SECONDHAND DEALERS (FORMS) REGULATIONS, 2016 The Cabinet, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Secondhand Dealers Law, 2014 (Law 20 of 2014) makes the following Regulations - 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Secondhand Dealers (Forms) Citation and Regulations, 2016. commencement (2) These Regulations shall come into force immediately after the coming into force of the Secondhand Dealers Law, 2014 (Law 20 of 2014). 2. (1) The list for circulation by the police under section 8 shall be in the Police list form set out in Schedule 1 and the list may be circulated in electronic form or in print. (2) Every secondhand dealer shall submit to the Commissioner, or the Commissioner’s designate, the email address to which the police list is to be sent and the secondhand dealer shall be responsible for receiving any police list sent in electronic form in a timely manner. 3. The notice to hold articles under section 12(1) shall be in the form set out in Notice to hold Schedule 2. 4. A notice describing articles required as evidence and the receipt under Article and receipt section 12 shall be in the form set out in Schedule 3. 5.
