Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Translation Certificate) Regulations, 2016. 2. Statement of certified translator 2. The statement of a certified translator as to the foreign language in which a dual foreign name is written, referred to in the definition of “translated name” in section 2 of the Limited Liability Companies Law, 2016, [Law 2 of 2016], shall be in the form of a certificate as specified in Form 1 of the Schedule. 3. Statement of person licensed to provide registered office 3.
