Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Conservation (Waiver of Fees) Regulations, 2022. 2. Waiver of prescribed fees for tourist vessel licence in respect of the same vessel 2. The Council shall waive the prescribed fees for the issue of a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence under Part 7 of the National Conservation Council (Licence and Permit) Directives (2022 Revision) in respect of an applicant for a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence who — (a) was issued a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence which expired during the period beginning on 30th January, 2020 and ending on 30th January, 2022; and c SL 12 of 2022 Page 3 Regulation 2 National Conservation (Waiver of Fees) Regulations, 2022 (b) by no later than 31st July, 2022, applies to the Council for the issue of a wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence in respect of the same tourist vessel which was licensed under the wildlife interaction zone tourist vessel licence referred to in paragraph (a).
