Citation and commencement 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Services (Fees) Regulations, 2025. (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January, 2026. 2. Practising certificate fees 2. The practising certificate fee under section 49(2) of the Act shall be as specified in Schedule 1. 3. Annual operational licence fees 3. The annual operational licence fee under section 64(3) of the Act shall be as specified in Schedule 2. c SL 44 of 2025 Page 5 Regulation 4 Legal Services (Fees) Regulations, 2025 4. Fees 4. The fees payable in respect of each item listed in the second column of the table in Schedule 3 shall be as specified in the third column of the table. A law firm that employs 1 - 15 attorneys-at-law and $1,000.00 for each does not have an affiliate. practising certificate. 2. A law firm that employs more than 15 attorneys-at- $2,000.00 for each law and does not have an affiliate. practising certificate. 3.
