Fees Schedule: Fees 3 Public Health (Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations (2004 Revision) 4 Public Health (Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations (2004 Revision) PUBLIC HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS FEES) REGULATIONS (2004 Revision) 1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Health (Miscellaneous Fees) Citation Regulations (2004 Revision). 2. The fees specified in the Schedule hereto shall apply in respect of the Fees respective services specified therein and shall be paid to the Financial Secretary prior to the provision of the respective service. SCHEDULE FEES 1. Cosmetology public hygiene training course $15 per person enrolled for training 2. Fee for processing of records, documents, etc., or for research $25 3. Food handlers public hygiene training $15 per person enrolled for course training 4. Individual tests for chemical parameters $8 per test 5. Individual tests for microbiological $8 per test parameters 6. Individual tests for physical parameters $5 per test 7. Indoor air quality analysis $15 per sample 8. Indoor air quality site assessment $50 per hour or part thereof 9. Noise measurement (a) $50 per hour or part thereof at any time during the period commencing at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday (other than a public holiday); (b) $75 per hour or part 5 Public Health (Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations (2004 Revision) thereof at any time after 5:00 p.m. but before 8:30 a.m. on Monday to Friday (other than a public holiday); and (c) $100 per hour or part thereof at any time on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday. 10. Petroleum hydrocarbons analysis in water or $10 per test soil 11. Potable water analysis $25 per sample 12. Provision of a vault having the following $1,200 dimensions- Length (internal): approximately 88 inches Width (internal): approximately 36 inches Depth: approximately 72 inches 13. Provision of a vault having the following $600 dimensions- Length (internal): approximately 40 inches Width (internal): approximately 36 inches Depth: approximately 72 inches 14. Rapid Pathogen Detection Test - food $40 per test 15. Recreational water analysis - swimming $35 per sample pool, spa, jacuzzi, etc. 16. Rental of chipper machine for the shredding $65 per hour of wood, vegetation or other matter 17. Standard food quality analysis $40 per sample 18. Swimming pool operators public hygiene $25 per person enrolled for training course training. 19.
