Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Lifting of Moratorium) (Package and Retail Licences) Order, 2010. 2. Lifting of moratorium - package and retail licences 2. (1) Subject to subparagraph (3), the Liquor Licensing Board may grant new package licences and new retail licences in the Islands, from the date of publication of this order in the Gazette until the expiration of a period of two months from that date; and, upon the expiration of that period, the Board shall not grant any new package licence or new retail licence in the Islands until such date as may be appointed by order of the Governor pursuant to section 9(2) of the Law.
